How much does Pantry cost?

Pantry is free for restaurant operators for the first six months. Food manufacturers pay us, not you.

What's the catch?

There isn't one for operators. Food manufacturers are working hard to reach more independent restaurants, so they fund real discounts to earn a new customer.

Do I need to change distributors or tell my distributor?

No. You keep your distributor, your rep and your order guide. We work with you directly and pay you directly, so nothing runs through your distributor.

Will Pantry change my distributor pricing?

No. You keep paying your normal price. The savings come as cash back from the manufacturer on top of it.

Can I use Pantry if I'm already in a GPO or buying group?

Yes. Pantry offers aren't exclusive, so joining doesn't stop you from using a GPO. Some offers exclude items you already buy on contract pricing, and each offer shows its terms. Tell us which group you're in and we'll check what works for you.

Which foodservice distributors does Pantry work with?

The vast majority of foodservice distributors, including all the major broadline distributors.

How and when do I get paid?

We file the rebate claims for you automatically when you buy eligible products. You get paid by check or ACH within two weeks of your purchase. Typical manufacturer rebates take 10 to 14 weeks.
